The National Medical Council Act, 2019 received the assent of the President on January 08, 2019. Section 14 of the National Medical Council Act, 2019 provides for a Common and Uniform National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to all medical institutions in which those governed under any other law.
